Yup, exactly what I said. Literally, 6pm on a spring evening, totally fine. 7pm that same evening, in the bathroom panicking, etc etc etc etc. So on so forth. Spent both my 25th and 26th birthday sitting on the toilet, wear diapers in public, left school, constant fear of leaking and showing. I look at the people who have a diaper fetish and wonder how in the hell they can find this stuff a turn-on. The last year and a half/three quarters has been a daily personal shame.

How are we gonna know more about leaky dicks than a medical professional dude? If your urologist said there's nothing you can do, then I guess that's it man. If you haven't seen a urologist, get your ass there.

Been to a urologist, hence the aformentioned statement on my bloodwork/potential physical damage. Even had a camera shoved up through my dick to my bladder and the guy said nothing was out of the ordinary, though now I dont know what to think of that opinion because other people in the area have said he's the worst of the available urologists.

I'm pretty close with one of my old professors, and he's had his time with prostate cancer, even said that the doc I went to was crap.

However, I'm in a new area and the docs here are telling me to go through physical therapy designed specifically for guys with this issue. Apparently leaky dick is more common for young men who sit a lot, and I sit a lot, and used to bike a lot, so idk.
