Hey /adv/. This is a depressed anon, currently getting wasted at home.
I've been very derpressed last year. I wanted to die. It passed with time and care, I moved to another city, made new friends, worked on new stuff, but now it's coming back. I'm scared. I don't think I'll ever be able to carry on with my life. I'll just be incompetent and be stopped on my tracks every time because I'm incompetent. I'm afraid.
I don't know what to do anymore. Every night, lately, I've been wanting to die again. I've been sleeping in and, bc I'm afriad I'll sleep in, I get anxious before going to bed. I'm having a bad day and a bad time. Please, /adv/... I still don't want to stop fighting. But I'm again starting to feel like there's no point at fighting.
Please help me.
up
ok... goodbye then...

Have you ever suffered from depression or started last year ? What was the cause ?
maybe,I'm just hypothesizing, it coming back because you unconsciously think that you don't deserve it (new friends etc..) ?

/fit/ has taught me a few things on elevating your mental health. Here are a few things that worked for me. I haven't been in such a bad place as you but maybe these will help you.
>vitamin d3, better diet
In winter the suicide rates in europe shoot up. The lack of sun causes so called seasonal depression. Get some vitamin d3 pills or liquid form from a pharmacy or drugstore, for me it made a noticable difference, even in the summer, cause I'm basically sitting on pc's or am otherwise in buildings all the time. Vitamin d3 is easy to get and basically a quick remedie. Also, a lot of your mental wellbeing depends on your diet. Deficiencies in other micronutritients such as vitamin b6 or b12 can have negative effects on menttal health. Get them veggies inside you.
>Cardio
Get some of dat dere cardio. Tons of people on /fit/ and myself have felt the difference from doing cardio 2-3 times a week. Your body and mind just feel more energised throughout the day after doing it for a month or two.
