So, I really hate vegetables and fruits (the only one I like is potato), but since I don't eat them in a long time I'm feeling weak and sick. What can I eat (other than vegetables and fruits) to obtain those vitamins and stuff I'm lacking?

Eat meat. You don't really need a lot of fruit. As for veggies, try making busy salads with good dressing to cover the taste OR even better, try roasting! Roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts covered in balsamic and olive oil with good spices can turn even the worst veggie hater into a fan.

vitamins. you can also just drench your veggies in cheese and oils and cook them in various ways if calories are not an issue.
