I had to wake up early today and only slept about 3.5 hours. But then I got back home, lied down and literally slept 7 hours more, since 10 am to 5 pm. And I'm already sleepy and tired again. What the fuck? Why do I need so much sleep?

This is been a reoccurring issue or is it just only for today? If it is only for today don't worry about it because your body is used to going to sleep toward the evening so since it's five that means its getting tired like it had a full day.

Since I finished uni I mostly go to bed late, maybe 4 am, and sleep to 1-2 pm. 10 hour sleep is the norm for me.
