My brain feels like it's always mifsfiring. It only haz\ppens after a few hopurs of being awake but it won't stop. I can't remember any specific details after two days have passed and I'm always getting headc hes. I keep losing focuis when I try to concenctrate on a task and it's hitting me today much worse like my mind skips a second trying to keep up with my eyes and I fumble . I tried plugging in my fan nine times before I could see straight it's usaully not this bad after I get up

See a doctor asap. This could be any number of things and /adv/ cannot successfully diagnose this. But it sounds serious, so go get help.
