Please help me, /adv/. I suffer from night terrors.
I don't know if that is the right term cause I'm ESL. Long story short, I wake up screaming.
It doesn't happen very often, like once every two or three months. But it always happens again. I wake up terrified and thinking some horrible catastrophe is going on and I am about to fucking die on the spot.
What the fuck can i do?

I sleep on average seven, maybe seven and a half hours a night. Go to sleep at about midnight.
My usual breakfast is a croissant with cherry jam and a glass of milk mixed with a cup of coffee. I don't drink milk during the rest of the day.
As for general eating habits, I'm not much of a carnivore but I do have a thing for cheese in all its forms, also I love sauces especially mayo.
I'm not overweight tho. Oh and I'm 28 if that helps.

over time what can happen is exhaustion will manifest itself even if you don't do much physical activity , ergo if you exercise try to get 8 and a half and it will help rid of exhaustion
