You will experience elevated BP and heart rate. Caffeine will amplify those effects. Anxiety will amplify them further.

You won't die but you may feel uncomfortable. I would suggest taking just the Adderall and seeing how you feel. It will probably make you feel great and then you'll want to drink coffee anyways.
