Many, many things.

$3000 and no real plan, no car, no real marketable skills (I am assuming that you have no trade skills as you just listed a hs degree) is not going to work out well.

My first suggestion is to crash at a friends place for a couple weeks. Shit happens with family members, if its a temporary thing its not worth fucking yourself over. If its not then you owe it to yourself to not leave the wrong way.

If you really want to do this MAKE A REAL PLAN. Find exactly were you are going to rent rather and talk to them before you leave to make absolutely certain you know what is going to cost (utilities are often not included in advertised cost), that they are willing to rent to you and that you can cover the deposit. Start looking for jobs in the area now. Apply online to some or ask over email or phone. Do not assume that you will be able to get a job when you really need one. Ideally buy some beat to shit car so you can commute or live out of it. Get more then just $3000 to your name. Talk to the Bishop before leaving. Make a real plan. What you have typed out is emotional, stuff about your dog and mom. Problem is that doesn't matter in the real world, what matters is having money and connections. Plan out the money part in detail.

One final thing. Do NOT assume you can get a job off the street. If you show up looking like a homeless person - and employers can tell - your chances of getting hired are not going to be good. Even for a shit retail job. Again, have something lined up before hand.

Utilities vary widely based on location, its best to call ahead to find out. Sometimes everything is included in the cost of rent, sometimes you can find yourself paying for electricity, water, garbage and everything else. Costs for each vary widely by location and I don't know the area you are in, call up one of the places you are looking at and they will tell you, this is a common question they get asked.

Don't abandon the car. Just take a taxi or Uber to the bus station.
Also, get your own credit card.

Anon, what you're doing is called running away. Everyone who runs away has a plan. Few of them work out, but some do.

Still, wherever you run, something is always still with you. For you, it's addiction. You're using porn as a coping mechanism because you haven't learned to handle your problems right yet. They gnaw at you, and you turn to your addiction, and nothing gets solved. It's a porn addiction today, but the thing about addictions is that it's not what you're addicted to—that can change quickly—but the fact that you are addicted. You have an addictive personality.

You might get independent of your father, but you won't get independent of addiction until you learn how to face and solve your problems without resorting to dopamine from porn/masturbation or anything else. The other side of this is that needing that dopamine may indicate depression as well. You've got to work on that, or it will eat you no matter where you are.

I googled the trailers and houses across the street from the Mormon church in Bullhead City. Looks comfy. You still have a problem that you need to solve. Moving to comfizona isn't a solution, just a band-aid.

Why can't you lift and kick your dads ass? My dad used to beat me when I was a kid, one of the best feelings was when I was 18 and finally his size he grabbed me and I slung him and sent his ass flying. I wish I would have just beat the fuck out of him, but I probably would have gotten a charge. The look on his face when the power dynamic shifted in an instant was priceless though.

He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 2 y/o. He then began lifting, running, and eating right everyday for a year. Your porn addiction has ruined your life once and is about to put you on the street far from your home and family. That's not healthy or normal, and it's not your father but your own porn habit that's doing it. Your father is an asshole, but you're the one who has surrendered control of your life to porn.
