Is there anything I can do about getting rid of a birth mark?
It was never this bad as a kid but as the years went on it just sorta got a lot bigger, and being on my back I never really noticed it.
There's a tiny bit above my butt which is most annoying since I get paranoid during sex someone will think it's dried poop.
From my back though, it goes up in a tiny trail, like the dots in the second picture up to my neck, across my right shoulder and down to my boobs and mid way down my right arm.
It's only recently it's become to make me a bit self-concious since there's also skin tags forming around the areas, especially on my neck

You should contact a dermatologist and properly they will present you with options. I am guessing some sort of laser treatment is in order.

That's the plan, i was just wondering if others might have had something done. Laser seems promising but it'd be pretty expensive
Also for whatever reason the marks on my chest are raised up a bit so no idea how they'd effect it
It's kinda gotten to the point were i'm worried it's skin cancer or something

Well I hope it isn't cancer, and yeah laser treatment is expensive. I dont think there is anything you can do about it youself. The ones on your chest are barely noticeable though.
A birthmark is not supposed to grow. A birthmark stays exactly the same 10, 20 or 50 years later. It is possible we are looking at something else. I recommend talking with a dermatologist, a skin specialist. It is possible you have a type of skin fungus. Skin fungus (and similar conditions) can look like a brown patch of skin and can can be confused for birthmarks. It has happened for some people, who only discovered the truth once in their adulthood and finally received proper treatment. I don't know if it is exactly the case with you, as I am not an expert, but it is a possibility. Also, the possibility that it is a symptom related to skin cancer is very very extremely low but it is not entirely zero. Any spreading skin condition is bad news. The fact that you noticed your birthmark is spreading is a solid 10/10 reason for meeting a dermatologist and getting an expert's opinion on the subject. Not an urgency, but worth checking.

I think the ones on my chest are becoming a bit more prominent as well as the one on my back, but I'll look into laser.
I had a friend with a skin condition a few years ago who said random parts of her body might break out in oddly coloured spots in the future. The body is weird

Darn, thanks for the info. I never really thought of it as anything major but I don't really like the idea of it taking over, like the stone men from game of thrones.
