What makes someone a "Stacey"

Stacey is a meme. Stacey is not a real person nor is she even a specific type of person. Stacey, to 4chan dudes, is a manifestation of every girl that won't have sex with them.

Stop trying to merge the world of memes with your real life. There really is no upside to it.

I usually read Stacey as the popular girl with life on easymode. Which would mean, privileged financially, good looking enough that most guys would fuck her in a heartbeat (7/10 or higher), confident and not shy to go after what she wants sexually or otherwise.

And sometimes I feel it's used as a sort of alternative to basic bitch (no hobbies but consuming media, going clubbing, drinking and fucking randoms).

Stacey is hot girl, usually from a rich family and spoiled rotten, with a stuck up bitchy personality, who's only hobbies are drinking, clubbing, partying and going on social media, usually to talk about drinking clubbing and partying.
