After nearly a year of weekly meetings with my therapist it looks like we have to part ways. Next month is my final session and the thought of it really brings me down, i've really grown to like our meetings and it feels like I'm saying farewell to a friend (friendless in real life btw). Any anons know this feel? How can I overcome the sadness of the inevitable?

I'm 18 now and he can only deal with under 18s, in fact I should have legally left him months ago when I turned 18 but he kept it under the radar.

Look for a new therapist. Maybe after a while if you still miss the old one see if they wanted to hang out as friends and catch up
