the idea behind no porn is that it encourages you to actively pursue women and hobbies / business ventures. that with all that spare time and energy you'll funnel it into somethign productive.

most of the 'success stories' came from people who were already capable of a good life, and were just wasting what they had on porn. in many cases they already had a wife or sex partner but were ignoring them in favor of porn.

you COULD get a gf, but if i had to guess you're goign to be on the ugly side and a little autismo acting so would not get the kind of girl you dream about. so your choices are

look, it sounds to me like you're just boxing your self in. you say you're attractive but just 'can't connect'. and sure that s possible, but in time you get over that. the only way to get over it though is to go and talk to people and interactt with the world.

I'm not the OP by the way. Well, connection issues was an understatement. I'm tense, socially awkward, insecure, distrustful with people (I might be an introvert)... It's a lot of baggage that needs to be worked through and it's likely the reason I'm still a virgin. In all honesty, I haven't asked many girls out though I do try to socialise with people to get some social skill... Sadly most of the time I feel worse than before.

My friend is an objective 8/10 and has only found a gf this year likely because he has similar social issues to mine - but without all the bitterness and anger - he's shy and awkward but has some natural charm.
