How long will a cut, cubed cigar last? I bought one a few months ago, had it cut in the store because I don't own a cutter, and never got around to smoking it. I don't have a humidor or anything either so it's just been sitting in its tube for months.

>cubed
I meant tubed.

Depends on the size and how you smoke it. Idiots smoke cigars like cigarettes. Your cigar will be somewhat dry so don't judge all cigars based on it. You should just pour yourself a nice drink and smoke at leisurely pace. Also look online how to properly light a cigar.

Actually I didn't make it clear, I meant will it still be ok to smoke (ie will it have lasted this long) but your answer implies yes, but with deteriorated quality because of drying out. Right?
How do you only mouth inhale?

Like sucking up liquid through a straw
They can last basically forever, or until they start getting moldy. Google images of moldy cigars and compare.
Get a ziplock container, a wet piece of cotton with distilled water and a humidity reader ($2 at home depot). I think cigars are best between 62 amd 67 %?
I bought some in barbados 4 years ago and had one at christmas, was the exact same as a "fresh" one because i kept it in a container.
