I'm trying to make a new song, this would be my second, and I need help with keeping a consistent tone throughout without tiring out.

Basically, in this particular song, I'm going for a deeper voice since it would help with the theme of the song since I'm going for a more macho tough guy sound. But the thing is I can only keep a deep voice for about 3 seconds before I lose focus or just give up and go back to my monotone style voice.

Are there any exercises or advice you can give me to help to sustain a consistent flow without giving out?
