I work at a hospital as a Doctor. For our shifts we have a small room with 5 beds where we leave our things. Only people from the cleaning staff and nursery have access to those rooms. It's a fact that if you leave money or anything valuable it will be stolen. My question is how can I catch this guy. Any ideas. It's a small room with only beds nothing else.

Put one of these in something likely to be stolen.

When it's stolen, track it down. When you find it in the possession of some non-white person, suddenly back down from your accusations so that you don't appear racist and in fact offer to give the thief more money to keep quiet about the whole thing.
