If you've seen the show Parks and Rec you'd know what I'm talking about. He's always just kind of there. For example, one of the characters ditched a really fun video game/ music loving guy for this person. Because he seemed more adult I guess? Yet she eventually fell for the other guy again

he's not very expressive. he doesn't smile a lot or appear to have fun. visual communication goes a long way. plus jn the first episode he pretty much says he hates his job and it makes him feel dead inside
