Hey everyone, I need some help with my girlfriend. I have been with her for a little over 2 months now and she is opening up to me. As of last week, she said that she hasnt eaten properly for months now. She says she has gone for multiple days without eating anything. She hasnt even had a full days worth of food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for months now. She claims that there is nothing wrong and everything is fine, but i know that it isnt and i need to find out what is going on. I know that this is a very specific thing to ask help for but if anyone knows anything, it would be appreciated, other than what google says such as "eat small portions slowly." Please help anons. I need it right now. Thank you guys.

Try to open up conversation about it more. Ask her why she doesn't eat. Because she's not hungry? Or because she feels guilty after eating? Also offer her small, healthy foods when you see her. Like yogurt or an apple. Don't force it on her. But mostly try to talk to her about it
