you already know all the places to meet everyone. there isn't some super secret place that exists full of reasonably attractive women who are just sitting around wishing more guys would show up.

Bars, cafes, coffee shops, all the typical places where people are when they arent doing anything in particular. You dont have to limit your self to that, you can go to the park or to the book store, or really anywhere and talk to people there to. its a myth that you need to come up with a realistic reason to have to talk to a girl. like if you see a girl at the mall you don't have to pretend you have a question that you think she might be able to answer cuz she happens to be in your immediate vicinity. girls arent dumb. they know you why you talk to them. so if you see a girl who isn't in the middle of transit go ahead and go up and say hi and introduce your self and see whats up.

most girls will reject you but thats going to happen. the goal here isn't to create an excuse that forces the woman to interact until she loves you. its to just put your self out there and see what develops.
