i've been trying to get rid of it for a while, but ever since my diet change and beginning to work out (coincidence?) i've constantly been bloated and constipated for the first time in my life. I'm a teen.
dried apricots and fiber helps but it's temporary
i never had to do this before
somebody please fucking help me i just want my old life back, this is so damn annoying
my doctor is scheduled in a month so it's not gonna help for the time being
