Age, storage conditions and general duress in transport (if you keep em in wallet/pocket or w/e) and at times, cheap brands or just plain friction, all can lead to a condom breaking.

It's preachy, but double check 'em before, after you put it on, and always check the expiry date.

It happens, luckily never to me but there are lots of factors that can cause it, like age making the material weaker, or if you put it on too tightly at the tip (you're supposed to leave space for the cum to come out), also if the condom was too small, etc. And sometimes you just get unlucky and have a bad condom that breaks even if you take all those precautions.

1. durex and trojan are shit, cheap as fuck latex. try a better condom if youre going to use them as the sole birth control menthod, or get your gf on the pill. One and kimono brand condoms are pretty good.

2. Condoms need a ton of lube, both inside and out. I suggest using a small drop of silicone based lube inside the condom befor you unroll it on your junk and then a nice generous coating on the outside. Silicone lube stays viscous as silicone isnt water soluble, so it keeps the condoms moist and reduces the chances of them breaking

3. I hope she took the plan b pill right away, the chances of pregnancy for a young, healthy girl; especially around ovulation week are pretty high. If she hasnt taken plan b theres a lot of other natural miscarriage methods she can try but they need to be started right away.
Things like imcreased exercise, vitamin c without rosehip, ginger, goji berries, etc... theres a million methods, just google them and see whats the most doable for you with whats at your disposal.
