Slight discomfor/ sore feeling in right testicle

>3 days ago at around 5 am I went to bed
>wake up an hour later with a painful(about a 5 or 6 out of 10, 10 being Extremely Painful) throbbing on my right testicle and my lower right abdomen
>immediately stand up
>was to drowsy to know what caused it
>either I slept on my right testicle or my boxers were chocking the thing
>awake at this point
>testicle still looks fine after checking a mirror
>pain lasts a good 5-10 mins before it disappears
>go back to bed
>throughout the days after the event, I occasionally experienced slight discomfort/ sore feeling on my right testicle

Is this something I should be concerned about? The pain I felt at first hasn't returned, but I still occasionally get slight discomfort when I try to lay down a certain way.
