There's this girl I like. We usually just meet for some church activities but tomorrow we agreed to just hang out in a park, just the two of us. Any tips to hopefully turn this into a date (or what you'd recommend) are welcome. We get along good most of the time but Idk why I'm a little nervous now.

Of course not, that's how you feel it out. Make off-color jokes, see how she replies. Watch for too much interest in things you're interested in. Please don't blow it if she makes any overt request for physical contact.
She agreed to hang out, that's more than a lot of people can say. Just have fun and see what happens, if it's meant to happen it will.
