Hey y'all, do you lot think that it's possible to manage a double major in Psychology and Music? If it matters, I'm gonna try for an undergrad in music and either a PhD or masters in Psych, and I'm a percussionist.
Pic unrelated, it's Joe Biden.

Also, I'm gonna try and aim to be a psychiatrist, so any advice there is appreciated as well.

I don't think I could complete the physical, and I'm not talking a STEM major, I don't think.

I mean, it's /adv/, I was just asking to see.
People with rag on you uncessantly for Psych major. i did BS (yes BS in BS lol) then MS in Criminology got CFE designation and work as Intelligence Analyst for FBI so, dont think its waste. And I am white male but also Marine so that helped.
I took couple music theory for humanities since I played guitar 25 years but no double major. Just know you will have to work harder and money will come but progression is slower at least in my perception.

And (same poster here) for everyone "STEM = GOD" the world does not need ALL ENGINEERS. More people needed with business and accounting skills. I think stats and decision science courses are >>>>>>>>>>>> superior to calc, which engineers might use but rest of 99% public has no need for. Stats leads to reseach methods which teachs good empirical thinking and logic and I got a LOT more from multiple stats courses than any calc or DFQ BS.

As someone studying music, I can only ask you "what are you really looking for in a major in music?"
