We met each other at McDonalds and become good friends then she left after a few months for a job at a restaurant. I began messaging her because I missed her and wanting to have a relationship with her. However, she would take about a day or a week one time just to read the message but was instant when replying which made me confused as to whether she actually wanting talk to me so one time I messaged her again but she didn't read it so we didn't speak for like a month. I just stumbled into her recently and we got on really well but when I went to message her she would take forever to read it again but still reply instantly so what going on? Please help I still haven't been able to get serious with her.

She is not interested. Women have their phones on them at all times, if she's not reading or replying to your messages for days at a time, she's just not interested. You're probably noting more than a cool acquaintance she worked with. Move on.
