help restarting food intake

due to circumstances laid upon me in the past 2 years lead to a drastic change in my life and cause me to live frugally like never before, for the past year I've been living on 3 eggs, 1 kefir, banana and 2 cups of coffee and I'm starting to feel ill effects in my stomach and solar plexus especially after eating pineapple last week. My transportation broke and I was stuck to 8 eggs, 2 coconuts and a banana per day diet for past 2 months since that's all I can get within walking distance and on my budget.

I finally got permission to legally work last month and can use my last 1800 of savings on getting my health and body in order again to enter workforce. I tried googling how to restart healthy eating after long period of low calorie diets but nothing comes up that explains how to do it without further damaging myself.

i am no expert, but maybe try just introducing more foods slowly? start with fruits and vegetables before you get onto tough proteins like meat.
