Unlikely, though there is a slight possibility of pregnancy even when the pills are taken perfectly. My fiance took her pills religiously and im gonna be a dad come August. Luckily kids were in the plan already, timeline just moved up by 2-3 years. If you absolutely cannot risk having kids use a rubber on top of the pill or have her get an IUD like my fiance will after she pops.

Of all the newer forms of birth control the pill is the least effective. You need to take it at the same time every day to achieve the best results. Last month my gf missed 2 days and Bam we got pregnant. She now has the copper iud. It's way more reliable because it removes USER ERROR.
