I'm trying to put it behind me, but I'm laying in bed and I just can't stop thinking about it.

ANYWAY...

There's not really anything you can do. It's not illegal to call the cops. If she does it enough, they'll know what's up, and will just stop responding.

That's true. I'm just pissed, and just feel sort of powerless and for some reason embaressed (Even though, I don't know that there's anything to be embaressed about.)
I guess I should host another party... and invite the police officer next time! That would be pretty funny, now that I think of it.

Host another party, keep a video record. Hell, make it fun and pop the $100 for a Veri event or something so you've got lots of people documenting. Lean into the discomfort, accelerate the behavior she wants to discourage. Fuck... I never imagined myself as being the kind of guy that gave a shit about this sort of thing. The whole "white fences and backyard barbecues drama" bullshit. But she really got to me. It was like she personafied that whole mindset of "They're all having a good time and doing their thing, I want to shit on it".
I guess I should be happy though, I met a lot of nice people in my neighborhood and for the most part I had a good time. I'm definitely going to fuck with this bitch, now. I'm going to host a fuckin' neighborhood party that would make the cast of Leave It to Beaver commit sudoku in their fuckin' 62 Plymouth...I'm gonna get a fuckin' Border Collie and name her Lassie, and I'm gonna have my kids dress in their sunday best before putting a lemonade stand on her fuckin' SOUL.
