Sorry my nig you are dying
Wine has sulfites, that can lead to intestinal inflammation.

So how serious is the inflammation ?

Depends on the person, if they have lower left quadrant pain, or bloody diarrhea.
It's worse if they are on antibiotics.
im a medical student but it sounds more like an irritation and not like anything specific.diarrhea is quite common after alcohol, it has got its own word in german even, translating to "beer shit" = "Bierschiss"
The stomach pain is what is abnormal, where is it located? can you describe the pain, how long does it last? is it rhythmically rising and disapearing? More dull or sharp?
>>18540633
It's a dull pain that passes through and only lasts a few minutes, it feels like gas pain but I can't pass gas with the runs
>>18540643
Also im kinda freaking out right now because I keep thinking I'm bleeding internally
>>18540681
That's unlikely, more likely is some blood in the stool.
If you were bleeding internally, your blood pressure would drop and you would pass out.

me again
sorry to say so, but your answeres are not directing to anything remarkable, it doesnt sounds like something from the liver, the kidneys or your appendix.
If it gets way worse, you can see a doctor, but otherwise just sit it out, sleep and stay with food that is easy on your stomach like rice, tea or hot soups with very few spices. Sometimes a Coke can also help a bit. But only eat when you are hungry.
