This morning I woke up with a pain on my anus and I realized I had a hernia. I went to the pharmacy and got some Preperation H and then went to work.
As I went about my day at work (I'm a janitor) I started to get this soreness in my abdomen on the lower left side. As the day went on the pain started to get worse and by the time I left work it felt like I had been punched in the gut.
It feels like a bruise inside of me, not a stinging pain but a pressure, and it only hurts when I'm moving. If I don't move around much there's no pain.
Any idea what's wrong with me? Does the hernia have anything to do with the abdomen pain?

Hemorrhoids are swollen or inflamed veins, a hernia is a protrusion of the intestines through the abdominal wall, usually umbilical or inguinal.
Are you constipated or have diarrhea?
