I had an OSRS account back in 2007 and I want to spark it up again due to the cellphone release. However here are my issues with this:

If jagex would just let me email someone who works in account security or some shit i could easily tell them details which only the account owner would know but their account recovery system is so RIGID and DUMB. I WANT IT BACK I WANT IT BACK GIVE IT TO ME.
Any advice on alternative contact methods or recovery methods would be appreciated thank you.

Is there a way to email them directly? About 10 years ago I was in a similar situation but I havent played in years so I don't know what it's like now.
Are you sure it was an OSRS account if it was back in 2007? I'm pretty sure it came out a few years after that, everyone had to start from scratch.

M fairly certain they delete old accounts that dont get used for long periods of time.... especially osrs or classic accounts.

Yes osrs is a completly seperate game. If youre after your real rs account from 2007 it will be for rs3 not osrs. Youll have to start again if you want to play the current 2007 osrs

They don't delete them but they do make your name available after a while, if you log in after a long time you may have to pick a new name
