Then we'd find something else to attract the opposite gender's attention. There's no objective value in 'good looks', we're just bunch of fuckin animals trying to stand out from each other to leave a genetic offspring in the world.
Maybe we will reach a level of genetic engineering where all of us have the same amount of attration to each other's looks. But in that case it would be some arbitrary societal bullshit like money and job.

I'd like to say we'd end up in a utopia where everyone finds a perfect match for their personality and interests, but I strongly doubt it.

People would find other flaws but at least they would be flaws we can work on. Besides everyone would have fun expressing themselves through their body.
