There is an article online about myself regarding a convicted crime I committed. The crime itself was Improper Use of Telecommunications. I was found guilty, but admonished - admonished due to the circumstances found in the trial. Admonished crimes are immediately spent convictions from where I come from. Meaning that they are subject to ROA 2014.
Now, in regards to this article. Any job I apply for its common knowledge they go a quick google search. So even though my conviction is spent and will not come up in a disclosure for most jobs I apply to, this article being in the search results is effectively giving future employers information about a spent conviction of mine, which is technically violating ROA.
I have emailed google concerning the "right to be forgotten", however they are being extremely tedious in removing it. I can go into detail what they said, but long story short, am I able to take google to court to omit search results concerning my spent conviction?

Because of there being some sort of stupid law meaning if something is printed on a newspaper that is at least semi factual information on it, they have a right to not take anything they've printed down. Think of it like an old newspaper, you can't go back and ask an old newspaper to get back all copies copies of something it printed a year ago.
What can be prevented however is the search results, since the article existing isn't the issue, it's the search results linking it to me.
