One of my neighbours is a fucking cunt and leaves her dog in the garden and any random fucking hour of night or day to just bark and bark and bark and bark.
I told her to do something about it, she told me to move house. I called her a fat cunt.
I tried this sound complaint app that my local council monitors, they said "its a difference of lifestyle and not a noise complaint".
How do I get this dog to shut the fuck up OR how do I anonymously make this bitches life hell.

I thought about dog whistles and stuff, problem is I'm not close enough and theres lots of trees and fences in the way.

Call the pound. Most cities have ordances dealing with noisy dawgs. They will warn her then cite her. Also you can always say that the dog got lose then bit you. Sue her and have the dog put down. It's a twofer.
