Everytime I drink multiple days in a row I get this horrific

Please someone tell me if I should bother seeing a doctor or just live healthier

i drink every night well past midnight and get up for work at 5.30. Practice karate late at night then just drink non-stop. I have never had a problem with toxic blood, hangovers always, so my advice just slow down my man maybe do some exercise. In saying that I'm just about ready to slip into depression myself so I am sorry I can't help much further/

get some blood work done, it might mean 1-3 hours of wasted time waiting, but you'll have closure afterwards.
Also I assume you've realized yourself you should probably stop drinking heavily for several days in a row.

If you are drinking heavily for multiple days and when you stop you start to shake, then you should be worried and stop immediately. Also you definitely don't want to get to that point so your gut feeling is probably helping you out there.

If you are up for it, try a dry month. Say NO for about 4 weeks, even if you are in a social situation just drink coke or juice instead of beer and mixers or the hard stuff. You should start feeling better by the beginning of the 2nd week. I say this because when I drink multiple days in a row I will feel the effect of it for at least a week. Then just weigh your options. Should I cut down? Probably a good thing.
