I have been trying to get a medical leave of absence from my work. Last Wed I sent an email requesting this. No response.
Yesterday I call them asking if they saw the message. "We'll have someone contact you". I send another message yesterday afternoon. No call back and no response.
I call today asking what is going on. The woman on the phone says she sees that a nurse saw my message that I sent last Wed and did not route it to my doctor. So this fucking cunt intentionally sabotaged me, why I have no idea.
What kind of behavior is this? Do doctors not like to give out leave of absences? My job specifically told me all I need is a note from them and my health care is going out of their way to ignore it. I'm also not getting paid for this time so there is really no benefit for me other than keeping my job. What am I supposed to do here?

Some doctors are bad. Tell them you want scan of your head. Cancer of brain (or infection) is no joke.
And call to work and tell them you are sick. Take care of your health, doctors wont give a shit about you. You can drop dead in their office and they wont even get into legal trouble.

I have had an MRI and a CT scan, no sign of cancer.
I am almost positive it is a B12 deficiency; the symptoms are loss of balance, brain fog etc. I've read online that the most effective treatment is to inject b12 vitamins into your muscle.
My job knows I am sick I have taken a lot of time off as it is, I just need a note from my doctor excusing me from work so I don't have to keep calling out.

I think I have that, but the United States is apparently very behind on it and doesn't take it seriously.
