This has happened to me before. It's some sort of faux erection or flaccid erection or some shit. I have no idea what caused it in my case but it did go back to normal after a few days.
It could be a pinched nerve. Just leave it for a while and see what happens - go to a doctor at the first sign of trauma (bruising, bleeding, pain, etc.)
