Alright, I have this friend.. when we go out together and I ask

Alright, I have this friend.. when we go out together and I ask them where they wanna go next, they always say "I don't care", when I say how about lunch they always say "I'm not hungy" (even though they haven't eaten at all the whole day), when I ask them what do you think about topic x they always only answer with "I don't care", "I don't know" or "I don't understand why anyone would care about that".
I honest to god do not know what to do... how can you not have ANY SORT OF OPINION on ANYTHING. What am I supposed to do? Just drag them to any place I want and just not care? Not ask them anything anymore, since everything seems to have no meaning to them anyway? Any advice would be appreciated.
