Guys I need some help.

Currently manic phase so trying to do 10 things while at best 2-3 possible.
In slight debt, no stable job and got chased by loan sharks by my bank. Nothing serious, just "hey, we are on behalf of your bank, you need to pay so contact us".
Feels like shit.
Recently found sweet girl but she's out of town for next week.
No one to loan money from and money will come in month or so.
Kinda panicking and thinking myself into get-rich-fast idiocy because of it.
There's upcoming short story contest with pretty good money to win and want to participate because didn't do anything artsy or so for far too long but stressed to the point I can't focus.

Can someone point things for this idiot of me what do?
