My father is a drug addict

>Father has been an addict since 2003 off and on
>father has expressed he doesn't want to change but our family cannot fiscally support his lifestyle.
>Tried behavioural medical centers and shit, they keep him for 4 days to a week, he has come home and goes right back to it.
>Says it's due to pain and health conditions
>Believe he has health conditions only due to longstanding addiction to opiates
>He used methadone and saboxone, but because of using them for long periods, his digestive system was failing.
>Now that he cannot use them he is going out for pain pills regularly.

I need a solution for this and idk why I am coming to 4chan for this but I feel really out of options. I understand I will probably get trolls or shitposters. I don't care if I can get a single logical response to what I can do to fix his situation. My family won't leave him because we know that if we do he will commit suicide, but we don't want to be held hostage by this addiction shit anymore.
