How do I concentrate?

If I have to read something I can last maybe two pages before I catch myself only using my eyes to scan line by line without taking any information in. When I'm in class I last maybe ten minutes in a three hour long session before I start thinking about anything else. I woke up early this morning, got ready, and stood by the front door trying to convince myself it's worth it to show up for class, but it's really not and I didn't go. I feel like I'm trudging through a swamp and end up exhausted by the time I'm ready to start anything.

What can I do to fix this?
