Was talking to two different women and have decided to enter into a committed relationship with one of them.
Want to break it off with the other and normally wouldn't think anything of if (we weren't official/exclusive and don't owe each other anything), but things were progressing and last I saw her we slept together for the first. Just seems really shady to be breaking it off right after having sex with her once. It genuinely was never my intention to pump and dump her, and I've just really found myself falling for this other woman and want to devote all my energy in that direction.
Any good ways to let her down easy?

... and yet you have nothing to suggest she feels the same way. Has she suggested you be a "thing?" What happens if you dump one out of some flawed sense of honor and she sees you as nothing more than a fling?
