Living in Downtown Seattle on Minimum Wage

How the hell do you do it?

In short:
>I think I want to move to downtown Seattle
>I only have a high school education
>Average part-time minimum wage worker in Seattle makes $1,265.584/month
>Rent is insane (it's, at best, $700/mo)
>I also have a 70 lbs. dog so no micro apartments, I can't slave away too much because she needs 2 hours of exercise a day, I spend an additional $80 to $100 on her a month for food, toys, and medical savings, and my psychiatric team and I are discussing getting her licensed as an emotional support animal to get through the no-dog policies (and she really does function as one) but there are no guarantees
>I really don't want to live in a dangerous neighborhood (meaning I'll need to shell out more money for such a luxury) or do anything potentially dangerous for a living. I'm 5'1" and 105 lbs. and due to my history of suicide ideation, I shouldn't own a gun

How can I make it work?
