Drinkfag here : was drinking daily in evening went from social to coping for stress bs so decide quit. No cravings sweats etc but week after I quit get Gout and now feel totally drained. Wtf /adv/ lookup herxing but should I taper or ride this shit out. Sleep is way more refreshing but still tired all time and 4 weeks post drink.

Congrats OP ride it out its detoxing. I did same it will suck balls for month or so but u will feel great at other end.

You are path worst part any addiction which is first week. Do not go and taper at this point just treat symptons and it will pass. ALS medic here.
