Aspie NEET - Moving Out

I really need help. I've made this thread so many times for the past 4 years, but this time I REALLY, REALLY NEED HELP.

I live in a mid-atlantic state. I want to move out after being NEET for just now over 4 years.

My grandparents are offering to pay for my schooling and give me ~$1,000 per month for rent/food/toiletries.

I'm going to start at community college and transfer to university.

I am extremely indecisive. I am 90% sure I'm on the autism spectrum, Aspergers according to a comment that my therapist voluntarily gave me a few years ago out of nowhere about how I show signs of Aspergers. I have OCD-like tendencies, will spend 30 minutes in the cereal aisle looking at the ingredients and prices. I wash my hands at least 3 times, each time I feel like my hands are dirty, have extreme generalized anxiety, and think over things I guess most people would consider trivial for months at a time, etc.............

The point of telling you this is because I cannot figure out where to move to. I take 30 minutes to choose between two different cheeses at the store, and I'm somehow going to figure out where to move? Do you see my problem?

Going back to the community college thing, I researched this for all of 2015, and came to the conclusion that western Washington was the best place with the most good community colleges with really great transfer programs. California has a few, and maybe some others scattered around the USA, but that's all I can find.
