Rashes are nearly impossible to diagnose from photographs, even if any of us were doctors. See a dermatologist if it persists.

your facial hair. you were probably watching your laptop in bed (porno probably) and your whiskers are rubbing your chest. lay off the porno and it will go away. - source. someone who never does exactly that.
