Going grey really young

You can dye it, no problem. But for what it's worth, one of the cutest guys I ever saw in the flesh was young and completely grey. He had a nice face but it was the combination of his youth and the obviously natural grey hair that was really striking and cool.

Also aging isn't really predictable or linear. Just because you don't look particularly young now doesn't mean anything about how youthful you will look in a few decades.
