Hi, it's been a while since it started, basically I constantly focus on my breathing, with eahc breath I feel body sensation under the neck, usually I feel my frontal chest getting forced out, or getting filled between the back and chest, I literally can not focus on this feeling, it causes me to be anxious, and feel like it affects my thinking and emotional well being. I don't know how to calm down and be normal again. I tried doing breathing excercises they just made it worse.

When you start freaking out take your mind off breathing like start counting or something too forget about it
You post this shit every day
How many times do I have to respond?
Are you conscious?
Are you struggling to breathe?
Is your breathing between 12 and 20 breaths a minute? (It is)
Has your skin taken a bluish tinge?
Bonus questions:
Do you own a CPAP?
Do you have a history of respiration problems?
I'll put it simply: breathing is a semi-involuntary action. Your body will regulate the amount of oxygen in your blood and adjust your breathing accordingly. So, unless you are in actual, immediate distress, your breathing is fine.
If it wasn't, you would be D E A D

I practice every day by keeping my yap shut. I feel much more alive that way.

hmm i only know something similiar from the time when i was really anxious. but the anxiety came first and then i focused on my breathing.
if you can go for a run because while running your body will automate your breathing and after a while you forget about it

Op posts minor variants on this same query every single day, ignores all replies, and then posts it again the next day. The only variant is which part of his body obsesses him most whenever he breathes.
Either this is bait or OP is an obsessive who cannot be helped because he is addicted to making this post daily.
In either case, do not reply. It's pointless.
