My next door neighbor informed me today that the junkies that live in the shithole across the street were jacking our electric via the outdoor outlet. He thought it was a downer powerline from the storm but it was gone later on.
These people have trash all over their property and are massive junkies. Their electric was turned off yesterday so whatever windows aren't broken are now open, along with the doors.
How should I deal with this? Call the police in regards to it? Call up some other authority about the state of disrepair of the house? Or have fun seeing as they wouldn't call the police for obvious reasons?
