Don't listen to these people, OP. Work on healing and the truth will come, that is what psychiatrists are supposed to do, but they are mostly pseudo intellectual pill poppers. If you think you carry trauma and unwell energy, treat it and see what comes of it. Use introspection, journaling, meditation, clean up your diet, exercise and cicadian rythyms.
