I would look for a cream with lidocaine, like the ones for mouth ulcers. A doctor could also inject it with lidocaine and place a small rubber band around it, it would atrophy and fall off.

Buy haemorrhoid cream and keep applying it, if you do shit use a bidet or the shower. Make sure to eat food that will keep your shit soft and drink plenty of water. Feel your pain, piles are the worst but you'll be good in a week

xylocaine spray ,,it has saved me many times,,keep applying it until it goes away.basicaly keep it numb all the time..also keep it clean withwarm water,,another good cure is daflon 500 from chemist..try it with the xylocaine for a couple days it will go away

The Germoloids creme I got seems to be helping a little. Stings like a bitch but no where near as bad as the hemroid itself.

Pain meds taking the edge off, gonna go tomorrow n get some stool softener. Been eating high fibre foods and drinking fuck tons of water.

Still haven't went for a dump but think my fear of the pain is stopping me.

Only thing worrying me is how hard it is to pee. I'm almost 100% certain its a hemroid issue. If im no better by monday shall go to the docs or casualty, w/e

You can get specialist steroid creams from your GP that work x10 better than any over the counter stuff for your bumhole.

Witch hazel will shrink it and bonus, it's an antiseptic. Super cheap too. Soak a cotton ball and jam it (gently) in your ass crack next to roid and keep it there for a good while. Will sting a little at first, then sweet relief.
